Service Description

This pack covers various types of diary writing. It starts with the easier, experience based diary writing and moves on to diary entry of an object, animal, bird or another character.  Children often confuse diary entries with recount writing. This pack will encourage the child to write diary entries that are both reflective and engaging. It also emphasises the use of emotive language and expressions to break down daily experiences to the diary.

Here are some of the specific types of diary writing covered in the Pack:

1. Diary entry after an experience
2. Diary entry of a person
3. Diary entry of an animal or bird
4. Diary entry of an object
5. Diary entry of a character from a story, book or film

What is included in this pack?

1. Five comprehensive guidance  (written notes)
One guidance for each of the above sub-genre is given to offer help with formats, language, understanding the purpose and audience.

2. Ten different assignments (writing tasks)
Two assignments for each type of diary writing mentioned above. Each assignment has a detailed guidance (prompts and instructions) to help your child to complete the assignment.

3. Evaluation and Feedback Service for all ten assignments.

Upon receipt of the payment, you will be emailed the entire writing pack in one go. You then decide the pace at which the completed assignments are returned to us. You can return all at once or separately, as and when they are completed. Within 48 working hours of receipt of each completed assignment, we will evaluate and return it to you with a detailed feedback and grading.
